A.) No. All charges are one-time fees.

Q.) How long does it take to have my video live on my site?
A.) Depending on the complexity of your presentation, orders are normaly delivered within 2 business days.

Q.) Can I specify where on my web page I want the model to appear?
A.) Yes. The model can appear at any location.

Q.) Can my video include functionality such as 'Click on Me' etc?
A.) Yes, our presentations are fully customizable and offer a variety of effects such as:

• Presentation Positioning - choice of static, relative positioning, dynamic positioning, slide-in, drop-down and more.
• Presentaion Delay - delay time in seconds before and after your presentation appears.
• Display for each Visitor - choice of play each time page is loaded, once per visitor session or once per X number of days.
• Click-On-Me - you may specify a redirect or exicution action if the visitor clicks on the video.
• Play-Button functionality - choice of displaying a play button that must be activated by visitor to play presentation
• Fade-In and Fade-Out Effects - durration of fade effects in seconds.
• Roll-Over Effect - choice of displaying an an image or other media that will start presentation when Mouse-Over.
• Multiple Video Effect - Can have a video start in one location on page then close and reappear and continue at another page location.
• Use 'Unbranded' player - Our players contain an embeded advertising link button that will open our main site in a new window if clicked on. For an additional charge, you may elect to use a link-free unbranded player.

Q.) Do I need to make any changes to my web site design?
A.) No. Our product is a fully transparent overlay that is displayed on your site using a short HTML code. You should however have FTP access to your system to upload the required files to your server. We will install all files for you at NO Charge if you prefer.

Q.) I've seen models appear to walk onto the screen from the side or from behind a graphic or something on a page. Is there an additional charge for this effect?
A.) There is NO additional charge to customize your video prenentaion with Walk-In Effects. There are however, additional charges for using effects such as our 'Star-Trek' Sparkel effect.

Q.) Can I specify the attire that the model should wear or how to express themselves in the presentation?
A.) When you submit your order you will have 3 basic options for attire, Business Professional, Business Casual or Casual. These selections are basic and every customer is contacted by us to go over garment requirements, expressions and the script prior to filming the video presentation.

Q.) What are the prices for single video presentations?
A.) The prices quoted below are for single videos using one model.

• 30 Seconds Customized Video Presentation --- $299.95
  Your script must be 100 words or less.
  
• 60 Seconds Customized Video Presentation --- $389.95
  Your script must be 200 words or less
• 90 Seconds Customized Video Presentation --- $524.95
  You script must be 300 word or less

Q.) Do you offer refunds?
A.) Once we deliver your BIC Marketing.com Video Product we provide you a 30-day evaluation period. Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate and ensure your Video is fully functional. Our Video Implementation guide is included with your order. During the evaluation period, technical support is available by contacting us at support at bic-marketing.com or by submitting a support ticket.

During the 30 day evaluation period after purchase if there is an issue with the VIDEO quality or functionality of your Video Product, BIC Marketing.com will be more than happy to correct any video quality or functionality issue at NO COST TO YOU.

Due to the nature of the product all sales are final once the order has been delivered and after your Actor of choice has been filmed for you at our studios. If you feel the actor did not perform as desired we will work with you but you will need to pay the actors again at a discounted rate if a reshoot is requested or full price if a different actor for the same video is obtained. Again, as stated, if you have any issues with the quality or functionality of your Video product we will be more than happy to correct this for you during the 30 day evaluation period.
